Sprinter Recovery Winch Integration
Heavy-Duty Hidden Pulling Power Systems in Los Alamitos.
Self-Rescue Capability Anywhere
True independence means having the capability to pull yourself out of sticky situations. At The Good Van, we install high-capacity recovery winches with synthetic ropes, nesting them discreetly inside hidden front bumper cradles for high pulling power without altering your modern factory design lines.
-
Installing internal structural steel winch cradles that bolt directly onto your main unibody frame rails.
-
Equipping your van with premium, high-tonnage winches running lightweight, safer synthetic lines.
-
Wiring high-amperage power lines with heavy-duty inline fuses and dedicated manual cabin shut-off switches.
-
Integrating wireless remote controllers so you can operate your winch safely from a distance during recovery operations.
The "Good Van" Process
Weight Capacity Sizing
We pull your van’s gross vehicle weight rating to select an appropriate winch capacity (typically 12,000 lbs+).
Structural Frame Interlock
The front fascia is removed, and the winch cradle is bolted directly to the primary chassis extensions.
Heavy-Duty Electrical Plumbing:
Heavy-gauge power leads are routed cleanly to your battery system, complete with protective conduit wrap.
Line Spooling & Pre-Tensioning
The synthetic line is stretched, spooled neatly onto the drum under mechanical load, and field-checked for smooth operation.
